customers. We have a 24/7 call center, where our associates dedicate their time
to cover customer needs. Most importantly, we train and staff our employees to
provide customer-required service levels around the clock, to help our
customers deliver their value promise to their customers. We’re proud of the
fact that we handled more than 350,000 calls last year with an answer success
rate of more than 90%, and successfully dispatched more than 60,000 drayage
moves.
