Maintenance & Repair (M&R)
billing, rebilling to responsible parties, collecting payments, and reporting
to our customers – this is another feature of our service. In our minds, “the
work is not completed until the payments are completed.” We support our
customers through a variety of customer-specified administrative tasks. We’ll
bill for equipment work; we’ll re-bill responsible parties for damage
subrogation; we’ll perform collections tasks. Most importantly, we sort out all
these complicated transactions for our customers in a clearing-house fashion,
to minimize their transaction complexity – and reduce the number of checks
passing through the mail.
We also provide our customers with summary and detailed financial reporting so that they can understand and control their costs, while they in-turn focus on generating revenue and margins for their business(es).
